Princess Theatre and Breezes is now licensed for Weddings, Civil Partnerships and Naming Ceremonies.

The Princess Theatre is delighted to announce that for the first time in it’s history the venue is now able to host Weddings, Civil Partnerships and Naming Ceremonies.

Couples can choose to have their special occasion in number of the venue’s rooms which have been granted the licence by Torbay Council.

Perfectly located on the promenade the venue’s catering establishment, Breezes, has glorious and spectacular views over the marina and out across the ‘Bay.  It is the perfect place to hold a ceremony or reception.  Complete with function room the in-house catering team offer a range of menu options.  Individual packages are promised to be tailor made to accommodate a range of desires, whether this be intimate soirees, a themed function or a traditional event.  Menu options range from plentiful buffets to classic sit down meals.

The theatre’s stage and auditorium have also been licensed, as well as star dressing rooms and the foyer areas.

Wendy Bennett, General Manager said “We are very excited to be granted this licence.  We are fortunate that our venue is flexible and can offer the more traditional wedding style or theatrically themed wedding.  We can literally give couples their own moment in the spotlight if they wish, or just simply a beautiful wedding in a stunning location.”
